- Choose baked wings over fried

Ummmmm … EEUUWWWW!
It’s really not bad though it does take a bit of adjustment from the juices you get at the store (which are pretty sweet most of the time).
The yellow one on the left was a semi V8 clone with heirloom tomatoes, garlic, celery, cucumber, lemon, and orange.
The middle one is a green (pretty sure you could see that but it’s my generic name for leafy green juices) with spinach, kale, swiss chard, spirulina, lemon, granny smith apples, carrots, and an orange.
The red one on the right is carrots, beets, apples + the V8 clone for a much sweeter drink.
I don’t do well eating right for long periods at a time, I’m an emotional eater and what’s worse is that my happiness level can be influenced by food. So I’m constantly eating things that comfort or please me… unless it’s green beans cooked with bacon the veg intake is pretty low.
So this is a pointed effort to flood my body with only good things for a week. I may not make it that long but Romy is very supportive and making it easier than when I tried last time.
…..they do look like samples from Area 51 though.

There was a time when I’d be pissed off about something like this… but as a rule of thumbs there are assholes in all walks of life. This is one of them. There are many who ride motorcycles.
I just hope I have the good fortune not to meet a motorcycle hating asshole on the road and if I do have the good senses about me to just keep driving defensively and cruising along - it’s all about the ride and getting home safe for me.
